How to Cancel Your Booking

You can cancel your booking online for a full refund to your original payment method or ResortPass credit, as long as your reservation is still within the applicable cancellation window listed in your booking confirmation.

How to Self-Cancel Online

  1. Log in to your ResortPass account.

  2. Go to My Account.

  3. Select View next to your booking.

  4. Click Cancel Booking and follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.

After You Cancel

  • Once your booking has been successfully canceled, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email with your refund or credit details.

Important Notes

  • If your cancellation window has closed, the option to cancel online will no longer be available.
