You are able self-cancel your booking online in your account for a full refund back to your credit card or for ResortPass credit as long as you are still within the cancelation window noted on your booking confirmation.
To cancel online, Log In to your ResortPass account and navigate to My Account. Click View and you will see a Cancel button. If it is past the window to self-cancel, you will no longer be able to cancel online.

No same-day cancellations for Cabanas, Daybeds or Day Rooms.
If a hotel or product has a separate cancelation policy noted, that policy will apply and be followed.
Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable after the cancelation window has closed. Bookings made after 10am on the same day are non-refundable.
