How do I cancel my booking online?

You are able to self-cancel your booking online in your account for a full refund back to your credit card or for ResortPass credit as long as you are still within the cancelation window noted on your booking confirmation. 

To cancel online, Log In to your ResortPass account and navigate to My Account. Click View and you will see a Cancel button. If the cancellation window for your booking has closed, you will no longer be eligible to cancel.
