What is the Cancellation Policy?

Unless otherwise stated on your booking confirmation, Day Passes may be cancelled or changed up until 11:59pm the night before your booking date. Bookings can be cancelled for either a full refund back to your credit card or ResortPass Credit to use another day. 


You can self-cancel your Day Pass booking online in your account for a full refund back to your credit card or for ResortPass credit.

Most Cabanas, Daybeds and Day Rooms can be self-cancelled or changed up until 10am on the day BEFORE your booked date. 



Note: If a hotel has a separate cancellation policy listed on the hotel page/booking confirmation e-mail, please follow that hotels specific cancellation policy as they do take precedence and we must enforce this.

Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable after the cancellation window has closed. This includes same-day and no-show bookings.
