What is the cancellation policy?

Day Passes may be canceled or changed up until 10am on the day of your booking for either a full refund back to your credit card or ResortPass Credit to use another day. 

Cabanas and Daybeds must be cancelled or changed by 10am on the day before your booked date as same-day cabana cancellations are non-refundable.  If you cancel the booking online in your account, you will receive ResortPass Credit or you can get a full refund back to your credit card by reaching out to us.  

Cancelling online in your account will automatically give you credit to use towards booking another day.  If you would like a refund to your credit card, please email, live chat, or call us to cancel your booking for a full refund back to your credit card. 

All cancellation and refund requests that are received via email or live chat within the allowed cancellation period will be processed.  

If a hotel has a separate cancellation policy noted on the hotel page/booking confirmation e-mail, please follow hotel specific cancellation policy.

Bookings are non-refundable after 10am on the day of your booking.  Bookings made after 10am on the same day are non-refundable.
