For Day Passes and Spa Passes, you may cancel or change your date at any time up until 10am on the day of your booking for either a full refund back to your credit card or ResortPass Credit to use another day.
For Cabanas and Daybeds, you may cancel up until 10am on the day before your booked date as same-day cabana cancellations are non-refundable. If you cancel online, you will receive ResortPass Credit or you can get a full refund back to your credit card by reaching out to us.
