How do I change my booking date?

You can change your booking date as long as it’s within the cancellation window outlined in your booking confirmation. Here’s how:

1. Contact Support for Assistance

Email us at info@resortpass.com with your Booking ID and preferred new date.

We strongly recommend double-checking the hotel's availability for your desired date on their booking page before reaching out to our team to help streamline this process.

2. Self-Cancel for ResortPass Credit

Alternatively, you can self-cancel your booking for ResortPass Credit and rebook for a different day. Here’s how:

  • Log in to your ResortPass account
  • Click View next to your booking
  • Select Cancel Booking

Your credit will be applied automatically during your next booking at checkout. Please note that cancellations must be made before your reservation's cancellation window has closed.
