Bookings can be changed up until the closure of the cancellation window, as noted in your booking confirmation. To change your booking, please email [email protected] with your Booking ID and preferred date. We encourage you to check availability on the hotel's booking page prior to contacting support for the quickest resolution.
Tip! You can also change your date by self-cancelling your booking for ResortPass Credit and rebooking another available day.
To cancel for ResortPass Credit, login to your account online, click View next to the booking, and click Cancel Booking. The credit will automatically be applied when you make a new booking.
