How do I reset my password?

If you're having trouble logging in after requesting a password reset, follow the steps below to resolve the issue.

Step 1 — Clear your browser cache and history

Browser cache and stored data can sometimes interfere with the password reset process. Clear your browser's history and cache, then close the browser window completely to give everything a chance to refresh.

Step 2 — Wait at least 10 minutes

After closing your browser, wait at least 10 minutes before trying again. This helps ensure any previous reset requests have fully expired on our end.

Step 3 — Use only the most recent reset link

Select "Forgot password" again and check your inbox for a new reset email. Make sure to click only the newest link. Previous reset links expire once a new one is generated, and using an old link is a common reason the reset fails.
