Can I change my booking to a different hotel?

Yes, you may change your booking to a different hotel as long it's within the cancellation period. We will need to cancel your existing booking for RESORTPASS CREDIT that you can use for another hotel. When you make a new booking, the credit will automatically be applied at checkout.

To cancel your existing booking, please email [email protected] with your Booking ID and it will be processed within a couple of hours.
