Can I change my booking to a different hotel?

Yes, you can change your booking to a different hotel within the cancellation period specified in your booking confirmation. Here's how:

1. Cancel Your Existing Booking for ResortPass Credit:

  • Log in to your ResortPass account.
  • Click View next to the booking you wish to change.
  • Select Cancel Booking to receive ResortPass Credit.

Alternatively, you can contact us with your Booking ID, and we will process the cancellation accordingly.

2. Rebook at Your Desired Hotel:

  • Browse and select your preferred hotel on our website.
  • Proceed with the booking; your ResortPass Credit will automatically apply at checkout.
