Yes, you may change your booking to a different hotel as long it's within the cancellation period. We will need to cancel your existing booking for Resortpass Credit that you can use for another hotel. When you make a new booking, the credit will automatically be applied at checkout.
To cancel your booking, login to your account online, click View next to the booking, and click Cancel Booking. You may also cancel by emailing concierge@resortpass.com with your Booking ID and it will be processed within a couple of hours.
