Cancellation and refund eligibility for your booking depends on the type of experience you reserved and the specific policy listed in your booking confirmation email and hotel booking page.

Standard Cancellation Windows

  • Day Passes:
    Cancel or modify your booking until 11:59 PM the night before your scheduled date for a full refund to your original payment method or ResortPass credit.Cabanas, Daybeds, and Day Rooms:


    Cancel or modify your booking until 10:00 AM the day before your scheduled date for a full refund or ResortPass credit. 

How to Cancel or Modify

You can easily cancel your booking through your account:

  • Cancel for a refund or credit on your account

Important Notes

  • Some hotels may have custom cancellation policies. If a different policy is listed on the hotel’s page or in your confirmation email, that policy will apply.

  • After the cancellation window closes, bookings become non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes same-day cancellations and no-shows.

  • If a booking is not canceled within the allowed window, the full booking amount will be charged.

Weather & Unexpected Changes

  • We understand weather can impact your experience. While the stated cancellation policy still applies, weather-related concerns may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

  • If plans change, we recommend canceling within the allowed timeframe to receive a full refund or credit.
