How to Cancel or Modify

You can easily cancel your booking through your account by selecting your booking and pressing on the "cancel" bottom.

  • Cancel for a refund or credit on your account


Standard Cancellation Windows


  • Day Passes:
    Cancel or modify your booking until 11:59 PM the night before your scheduled date for a full refund to your original payment method or ResortPass credit.

  • Cabanas, Daybeds, and Day Rooms: Cancel or modify your booking until 10:00 AM the day before your scheduled date for a full refund or ResortPass credit.

Important Notes

  • Some hotels may have custom cancellation policies. If a different policy is listed on the hotel’s page or in your confirmation email, that policy will apply.

  • After the cancellation window closes, bookings become non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes same-day cancellations and no-shows.

  • If a booking is not canceled within the allowed window, the full booking amount will be charged.

Weather & Unexpected Changes

  • We understand weather can impact your experience. While the stated cancellation policy still applies, weather-related concerns may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

  • If plans change, we recommend canceling within the allowed timeframe to receive a full refund or credit.
