How to Cancel your Day Pass

Day Passes may be cancelled or changed up until 10am on the day of your booking for either a full refund back to your credit card or ResortPass Credit to use another day. 

 

You may self-cancel online up until 11:59pm the night before your booking. Simply log into your ResortPass account. After this time and up until 10am, please contact us at info@resortpass.com


Day Pass bookings are non-refundable after 10am the day of your booking.

 

Day Passes booked after the closure of the cancellation window are non-refundable. 

 

Please note: If a hotel has a separate cancellation policy noted on the hotel page/booking confirmation email, follow the hotel specific cancellation policy.
