Can I cancel if the weather is bad on the day of my booking?

If you would like to cancel or change your Day Pass due to weather, please email, live chat, or call us up until 10 am on the day of your booking to receive a full refund back to your credit card.

Cabanas need to be cancelled by 10 am the day before your booked date. 

If a hotel has a separate cancellation policy noted on the hotel page/booking confirmation e-mail, please follow hotel specific cancellation policy.

Bookings are non-refundable after the date of your booking.
