How to Cancel your Day Room

Day Rooms must be cancelled or changed by 10am on the day BEFORE your booked date for either a full refund back to your credit card or ResortPass Credit to use another day. 

 

To cancel simply log into your ResortPass account or contact us at info@resortpass.com.


Day Rooms booked after the closure of the cancellation window are non-refundable.

 

Please note: If a hotel has a separate cancellation policy noted on the hotel page/booking confirmation email, follow the hotel specific cancellation policy.
