If you would like to change your booking date, please email [email protected] by 10am the day of your booking for Day Passes and 10am the day BEFORE your booking for Cabanas with your Booking ID and the new date. If it is available, you will get an email confirmation for the new date.
Note: If a hotel has a separate cancellation policy noted on the hotel page/booking confirmation e-mail, please follow the hotel specific cancellation policy for date changes. No changes will be able to be made after the closure of the cancellation window.
You can also change your date by cancelling your booking for ResortPass Credit and rebooking another day. To cancel for ResortPass Credit, login to your account online, click View next to the booking, and click Cancel Booking. The credit will automatically be applied when you make a new booking.
