What is the Cancellation Policy?

Unless otherwise stated in your booking confirmation email or the hotel booking page, Day Passes may be canceled or changed up until 11:59 PM the night before your scheduled booking date. You can cancel your Day Pass booking for a full refund to your credit card or as ResortPass Credit to use on another day.

You can easily self-cancel your Day Pass booking online through your account for either a full refund to your credit card or ResortPass credit.

For Cabanas, Daybeds, and Day Rooms, cancellations or changes can be made up until 10:00 AM on the day BEFORE your booked date.

Important Note: If the hotel’s confirmation email or booking page lists a different cancellation policy, please follow that specific hotel's cancellation terms. Hotel-specific policies take precedence and must be strictly enforced.

Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable after the cancellation window has closed. This includes same-day and no-show bookings. If a reservation is not cancelled within the predetermined cancellation window, a cancellation fee equal to the total price of your booking will be forfeited. We must adhere strictly to our cancellation policy to ensure fairness and availability for all our guests.
