What is the Cancellation Policy?

Day Passes may be cancelled or changed up until 10am on the day of your booking for either a full refund back to your credit card or ResortPass Credit to use another day. 


You can self-cancel your Day Pass booking online in your account for a full refund back to your credit card or for ResortPass credit up until 11:59pm the night before your visit. After the self cancel window has closed, you can contact ResortPass support to cancel up until 10am the morning of your booking, unless otherwise stated on your booking confirmation email.


Cabanas, Daybeds, and Day Rooms must be cancelled or changed by 10am on the day BEFORE your booked date. Same-day cancellations, and bookings made after the closure of the cancellation window, are non-refundable.


Note: If a hotel has a separate cancellation policy noted on the hotel page/booking confirmation e-mail, please follow the hotel specific cancellation policy.


Cabanas, Daybeds and Day Rooms can be self-cancelled in your account up until 10am the day BEFORE your booking date.

Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable after the cancellation window has closed. Bookings made after 10am on the same day are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.
