Why isn't my coupon code working?

Having trouble redeeming a coupon code? Please ensure you are following the below steps:

  1. Please ensure you are logged into your ResortPass account. You must be logged in prior to adding any items to your cart. Don't have an account, create one HERE.
  2. Once on the checkout screen, select Apply Coupon or enter into the box at the bottom of the screen. Enter in coupon code exactly as displayed.
  3. Hit Apply.

Receiving an "Invalid" message?

Please reference the steps above; then proceed with the following 

  1. Ensure your coupon code has not expired.
  2. Please read any fine print to confirm what type of product your coupon code is valid for and if you have met the minimum requirements, if applicable.
  3. Have you already redeemed this code? Please note most coupon codes are only valid once per user. 

I left a review but didn't receive a coupon:

  • Review coupons are now only being offered after your first review. These coupon codes can only be applied and redeemed once per user. If you have already received and redeemed this discount code, you will not receive additional codes.

I booked but my coupon code didn't apply- what are my options?

  • We are unfortunately unable to retroactively apply coupon codes to confirmed bookings. If you would like the code applied to your upcoming booking, we would recommend canceling the booking in your online account and rebooking with the coupon code. If you prefer to not cancel and rebook, you are more than welcome to save the discount code for a future booking. Please check the terms and conditions of your code prior to canceling and attempting to rebook.
