I'm having trouble redeeming a coupon code. What should I do?

Please ensure you are following the below steps:

  1. Please ensure you are logged into your ResortPass account. You must be logged in prior to adding any items to your cart. Don't have an account, create one HERE.
  2. Once on the checkout screen, select Apply Coupon to enter into the box at the bottom of the screen. Enter the coupon code exactly as displayed.
  3. Hit Apply.
