Why is the date or pass I want unavailable?

If the pass you are hoping to book says unavailable on the booking page, it means the hotel is either not offering passes on that day or that pass has already sold out. 

All availability is controlled exclusively by our hotels and updated on ResortPass in real time. You can always periodically check back and see if your desired pass opens up, or we suggest checking out other passes in the area!

Unfortunately we do not have a waitlist for bookings at this time.
