Please note that hotels are currently facing challenges with staffing and you may experience longer than usual wait times for food and drink service at the hotel. The hospitality industry has been one of the hardest hit from the pandemic and are now facing operational and staffing difficulties in their reopening. Our hotels are working tirelessly to restaff and return to their normal operations and quality of service. Please be mindful and patient of these challenges. They are excited to have you back and hope to be fully operational very soon!

The safety of our guests and hotels are top priority. We work with our hotel partners to ensure they are following the recommended health and sanitation protocols at the property. The specific safety measures a hotel has implemented on the property are outlined in the banner on the top of the hotel page on our website. These measures include procedures such as pool chairs have been set apart for social distancing, masks are required on property, and public areas are sanitized throughout the day.

As you know, the response to the pandemic is constantly changing and evolving with states lifting and enforcing different restrictions on a weekly basis.
To find out which hotels are open and available for booking, please search your location and a date here. If you only see unavailable results, try another date (such as a weekday). If no hotels in your area are available, please check back again soon as they may open up at any time.
The updated amenities and services that are available at our hotels are outlined on the hotel page along with the safety measures the hotel has implemented on the property.

Summer is here!
With state restrictions starting to lift, some of our hotels have started to reopen in certain regions. At this time, the cities where some hotels have started to open up day passes for booking are:

The states that are still not open but will start opening up at the end of this month and next month are California, Hawaii, and New York.
Open hotels have all implemented sanitation, safety, and social distancing measures at their property. To read about how a hotel is following CDC guidelines, visit their page on our website and you will find a banner with this information.

We are continuing to monitor the situation and are working with our hotels on tentative reopening dates. All hotels that show unavailable are following state regulations for non-essential businesses and are not accepting day guests at this time.
Some hotels have remained open and are accepting day guests with limited services and amenities available. To see which hotels are open, search your location and select a date. Hotels with availability will appear first.
