COVID-19 is impacting all of us. Given the rapidly changing environment, we wanted to reassure guests who have made a recent booking or are considering booking.

 

Canceling or changing your booking: If you need to cancel or wish to change your booking we are here to assist you. Simply contact us with your Booking ID and we'll take care of it. You will receive a full refund back to your credit card. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear.

 

Our team is here to help: We will continue to provide you with exceptional customer service via phone, email and live chat. If you contact us outside of those hours, don't worry.  We review every message and email as soon as we are back online.
